Description
This short course will provide you with the core skills to support employees in their development in the workplace. It will provide the knowledge and skills required to assess an employee’s performance by carrying out effective appraisals, and producing a Personal Improvement Plan (PIP) with the employee that is suitable for them.
You will analyse the various training techniques that can be agreed upon, that will enable the employee to stretch their own capabilities and development in the workplace, and will understand how to carry out effective reviews.
The course includes case studies that will encourage analysis of situations in the workplace and making the right decisions.
