Beginning as a scaffold labourer aged 16 and progressing through senior supervisory and project roles, I have led complex access operations, managed diverse teams, and upheld rigorous safety and compliance standards.
I have recently enhanced my professional capability by completing the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (L3 AET) and the Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA), enabling me to deliver high-quality training, assessment, and workforce development.
I bring a practical, safety-focused approach and a commitment to developing competent, confident learners.
